Doris Marie Markt Plath, 94, Ames. Born in Missouri. ISU-49, a degree in Home Economics and Physical Education. Married Wesley Wells Plath in 1954 in Ames. The couple lived on a farm east of Ames for 30 years before to Ames. She taught Home Ec at BHS for 40 years. She loved sports, traveling, gardening, sewing and was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and ISU teams. Two daughters survive including Paula Plath-Tenaheff of Madrid. Services in Ames.
Andrew (Andy) Crow, 38, Grimes. Born in Cedar Rapids. Cedar Rapids Jefferson HS. Earned a B.S. degree from Arizona State University. A National Merit Scholar finalist in high school, he was also very talented musically. Worked in the genetic engineering department at Pioneer Hi Bred for 10 years. Was currently employed as a D.J. Survivors include a daughter, his loving partner, Krystal McClain of Ogden, his parents and a brother. Services in Ogden.
