BOONE CONNECTED DEATH

     Randy Scott Nissen, 63, Dayton. Born in New Hampton. Grand Community HS-78. Married Denise Sundine in Pilot Mound in 1979. Worked for the railroad for 10 years. Worked for Oscar Mayer/IBP in Perry, then as a welder at Mid-States Steel Corporation in Boone. Retired in 2021. Was a lifetime member of the Hunt and Fish Club in Fraser. Survivors include his wife, Denise, four adult children, including Shannon Fitzgerald and Hollymae York both of Boone. Additional survivors include his brother, Jay Kelly Nissen, of Pilot Mound and his brother-in-law, Doug Sundine, of Boone. Services in Dayton and Pilot Mound.
