BOONE CONNECTED/AREA DEATHS

     Michael W. Moore, 79, Ames. Born in Muscatine. Relocated to Ames. Married Linda Nelson in 1964. The family moved to Boone in 1970 and later to Plano, TX before returning to Ames. Michael was a car mechanic and auto body repair person. Wife Linda, two sons and a brother survive. No services planned.

     Carroll D. Paulson, 80, Stratford/Care Center. Formerly of Ogden. Born in Ogden. OHS-61. Attended Ellsworth Community College and Northwest Missouri State University. Married Judy in Iowa Falls in 1966. The couple spent time on a farm northwest of Ogden, in Harmony, MN and an acreage south of Beaver before settling on the family farm northwest of Ogden. The farm was sold in 1991 and the family moved to Ogden. Carroll worked in real estate and then as a semi driver for Barr Nunn, Madden Trucking and Fareway. A big sports fan he enjoyed following his grand kids activities and had season tickets for both ISU football and basketball. Survivors include his wife, Judy of Stratford, and three adult children, including son Christopher (Amanda) Paulson of Boone. A sister also survives. Services in Ogden.

     Wallace Wright Jr., 90, Ames/Eastern Star. Drove a school bus for United Community. Survivors include a son, Kenneth (Gudula) Lee and a grand daughter, Cindy (Brandon) both of Boone.
