Marian Anna Truman Nelson, 87, Madrid. Born in Florida. Married Eugene L. Nelson in Florida in 1954. In 1956, moved to Madrid, Eugene's hometown. Marian retired from Principal in Des Moines in 1992. In 1993, the couple sold their home west of Madrid and became full time RVers. Eugene passed in 2005 and Marian returned to life in Madrid. Survivors include three daughters, including Tracy (John) Brunner of Madrid. Celebration of Life will be held in Madrid.
