Phyliss Mae Creamer Staebler, 89, Jefferson/Eastern Star. Born in Nebraska. Family moved to Grand Junction. GJHS-51. Attended Commercial Extension Business College in Omaha and worked at the office of General Electric Supply in Omaha. Married Thomas Cullenbine in 1955. They divorced. Married Eugene Staebler in 1965 and the couple farmed east of Beaver before moving into Beaver. Phyliss served as the Beaver City Clerk for 32 years. In 1987, the couple moved to an acreage near Jefferson. Eugene passed in 2012 and Phyliss moved into Jefferson. Survivors include three adult children, including Kathy Haub of Boone. No services at this time.
