Ruth Rebecca Pantier Dodd, 79, Boone. Born in Boone. Raised by her grandparents. OHS. Married Douglas Bruce Dodd in 1971 in Boone. A stay at home mom, she tended to the livestock and was the at-home mechanic. Famous for her cinnamon rolls, she loved to tinker, photography and genealogy. Douglas died in 2005. Survivors include a son, daughter, brother and sister. Services in Boone.
