Susan Ellen Wilson, 88, Boone. Born in Seattle. Placed in an orphanage and then a foster home in Omaha. Married John R. Wilson in 1952. An Air Force wife, she and her husband spent time in many locales....Texas, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, New York, Nebraska. When John retired, they settled in Boone. Sue worked odd jobs, started a ceramics business, volunteered with Boone County Freedom Flights, tutored students and taught Sunday school. Survivors include a daughter and three sons. Services in Boone and burial in Vets Cemetery.
