Phyllis Ferrari Hoskins, 84, Ankeny. Formerly of Elkhart. Pilot Mound HS-56. Became an RN and then in 1978, a Physician's Assistant. Long time employee of Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines. Survivors include two sons and a daughter. Husband James preceded her death as did her brother, Ray Ferrari, and two sisters, Beth Ferrari and Marilyn Baker. Services in Ankeny.
