Richard "Rick" Outis, 63, Minneapolis. Born in Boone. BHS-79. He passed of cancer on June21, 2024.The family moved to Minnesota when Rick was 24. He loved riding the lakes on his classic Raleigh touring bike and spending time outdoors. He loved the Twin Cities music scene, played a guitar and was an avid collector of music. Survivors include his daughter, Melissa, a brother and former spouse, Lanet. THX: K. Anderson.
