Sandra J. Browning Peterson, 87, Boone/Madrid Home. Born in Boone. BHS-54. Married Robert Peterson in Boone in 1956. Worked at Archway 13 years. Was well known for her Chrismas candy. Also enjoyed canning, baking, gardening, doing word searches, crocheting afghans and scarves for all of her family. Survivors include three adult daughters and three sisters. Robert died in 2016. Services in Boone.
Mary Elizabeth Walker Loehr, 76, Boone. Born in California. Divisadero HS/Visalia. Married Brian Loehr in Reno, NV in 1978. In 2005, the couple moved to the Boone area, living on an acreage in Boone County. Brian passed in 2020 and Mary moved to Alice's Place in Boone. She enjoyed walking to Walmart, Fareway and the bank, playing cards, attending bingo and potlucks. She also loved tending to her flowers, going to the Boone County Fair and Pufferbilly Days. Survivors include her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold and Sharon Blaskey of Boone. Services in Boone.
