Dorothy M. Reimers, 94, Ogden/Eastern Star. Born and raised on the family farm. OHS-47 where she competed in basketball and softball. Went to cosmetology school in Des Moines. Married Robert DeVere Reimers in Ogden in 1948. The couple farmed in Amaqua Township and she owned a beauty shop in Boxholm for 20 years until retirement in 1982. Husband Bob passed away in 1995. She participated in many quilting groups, loved golfing, enjoyed cards, dancing, collecting antiques, traveling, camping, flowers and garden. Survivors include two sons and two daughters. Services in Ogden.
