Frederick Edward Jensen, 91, Boone. Born in Boone. BHS-54. Married Joyce McPherson, BHS-55, in Boone in 1954. Worked at Farmers Co-op and later, at Landus Co-op. Ed was a member of the Boone County Sportsmen's Club and a volunteer firefighter. The couple enjoyed going on European Tours and for 37 years, made annual trips to Hawaii. Ed loved old westerns, sports and followed both the Cyclones and Hawkeyes. Survivors include his wife, Joyce, and two daughters, Lynette, BHS-72, (Michael) Clark and Lori, BHS-76, (Joe) Busch, all of Boone. Two sisters also survive. No services will be held.
Patricia Fern Fosenburg Neel, 90, Perry. Born in Woodward. Ogden HS-52. Enjoyed playing basketball and the trombone for the concert and marching band. Married Hollis Neel in 1953. Pat spent 18 years working for American Family Insurance in Des Moines and served as a secretary at various other workplaces. She enjoyed golfing, swimming and was a devoted church member. Survivors include a son, Craig (Karla) Neel, and siblings John Fosenburg and Peggy Long. Services in Perry.
Geraldine Alice "Gerri" Pearey Kaldenberg, 85, Slater. Two sisters survive including Bert (Bob) Cerreti of Madrid. A grandchild, Lindsey (Noah) Rosing, of Madrid, also survives. Services in Slater.
