Barbara Kay "Barb" Paris Warrick, 78, Boone. Born in Fort Dodge. Grew up in Frazier. Grand Community HS-65. Married Robert "Bob" Warrick, BHS-59, in 1968. Worked as a CNA at the Boone County Home, opened an in-home day care, was a Boone Police Department dispatcher for 19 years and finished her working career in 2018, retiring from a secretarial position at Boone Sacred Heart. An avid quilter, she loved gardening and was an incredible cook. Barb also actively followed all of her children's and grand children's events. Survivors include her husband, Bob, and children, Mark, BHS-87; Bruce, BHS-95; Cody, BHS-2001, and Tom all of Boone, as well as Jeromy, BHS-89, and Robin. Services in Boone.
Phillip Carl Pooley, 74, Boone. Born in Illinois. Prophetstown, IL.HS-70. Sauk Valley Community College. Air Force vet. Married Debra Davis in 1990 in Clinton County. Phillip worked for BASF until his retirement in 2012. Survivors include his wife, Debra Davis-Pooley, two step-daughters, Tammy Davis Benton and Tina (Lucas) Stuart, all of Boone and a sister. No services are planned at this time.
