Phyliss LaVonne Nelson Pevestorf, 89, Ames, formerly of Stratford. Coon Rapids HS-50. Married Darwin (Dean) Pevestorf in 1951. Started farming near Nevada. While Dean served in the military, she lived in Jefferson. Back to Nevada before purchasing a farm near Stratford. Survivors include a son, daughter and daughter-in-law. Services in Boone.
