Arnold F. Hefte, 93, Boone/Eastern Star. Born in Forest City. Married Courtney Kemp. Served in the U.S. Army 20 years, retiring in 1972. After discharge moved to Boone and started Heating AC & Refrigeration, selling in the Boone, Ames and Ogden areas. Survivors include a son, Don Hefte, of Boone, two daughters, two sisters and a brother-in-law. Services in Moingona.
