Gislea (Gisy) Phelps, 72, Oktaha, OK. Former of Boone and Ogden. Born and received her education in Germany. Lived in Chicago before moving to Grand Junction. Worked a total of 26 years for Sandler Built Homes and Archway Cookies in Boone before both closed. Married Frank Phelps in Ogden in 2001. Worked in the kitchen at Ogden High School until retirement. Survivors include her husband, a son and a step-son Les Phelps of Ogden. Services pending.
Kenneth Eugene Bregar, 84, Madrid. Born in Madrid. MHS-56. Married Betty Jean Sturdivant. Worked at John Deere and Firestone and drove Madrid school bus. Survivors include his wife, two adult children, three sisters and two brothers. Services in Madrid.
