Jay Michael Langmade, 58, Boone. Born in Des Moines. BHS-81. Worked as an EMT and Paramedic in Florida before moving back to Boone in 1996. Married Kris Ann Morris in 2001 in Boone. Was working as a Certified Medication Aide at the Eastern Star Home. Survivors include his wife, Kris, and mother, Karen Mustapha Langmade, both of Boone and several children and step-children. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
