BOONE CONNECTED DEATH

     Marjorie (Midge) Dailey McLaughlin, 95, Boone/Madrid Home. Born in Moingona. Attended one room school there. Married William McLaughlin. They divorced. Lived most of her life in Boone but did spend 20 years in California working at Lockheed photo lab and at a bowling alley. In Boone, Midge and her sister, Ruth, were wallpaper hangers in area homes for 20 years. She then became a cook at the Boone County Hospital and the Eastern Star home. Her special talent was as a pianist. She retired at age 80. Survivors include her daughter, Mandy Welder, of Boone and a granddaughter. Services in Boone.
