Linda Rose Hale Holloway, 81, Hoboken, GA. Born in Des Moines. BSH-60. A registered nurse at hospitals in Des Moines and St. Louis. In 1965, she entered the CHM Order of Catholic nuns and earned a degree in Social Welfare. She worked in Davenport and moved to Phoenix where she was a head nurse on a medical floor in the Maricopa County Hospital. She resigned from the convent in 1970 and married John Teddy Holloway of Ware Shoals, SC. She helped start the Daisy Daycare program for children with severe disabilities such as spina bifida who were not allowed to attend public school at the time. In the 80's and 90's, she provided social services and support for people with HIV and their families. She was a great artist, a weaver, gourd and bead artist. Survivors include her husband, John Teddy, a daughter and three siblings, Bill (Susan), BHS-65, David (Paula), BSH-66, and Teri (Tom) Brennan. Services were held in Hoboken and South Carolina.
