Pamela (Pam) M. Borkowski, 55, Boone. Formerly of San Diego. For over 30 years, was a special education teacher for the San Diego Unified School District and the Boone Community School District. Most recently, she took her years of experience in special education to become an academic strategist for the Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency. Survivors include her husband, Todd Borkowski, her son Steven Borkowski and baby sister Britney Bruin, her parents, three sisters and her twin brother. Services in Boone and San Diego.
