BOONE CONNECTED DEATH

     Ernestine (Ernie) Clair Bever, 93, Boone/Westhaven. Born in Des Moines. DeSoto HS-47. Married Darrell Bever in 1948. Worked at Meredith Publishing, Bankers Life, Iowa Medical Service (BC and BS) and, after raising their children, at Camp Dodge for the Iowa National Guard for 24 years. She transferred from there to the Office and Veterans Affairs and retired in 1995. Lived in Perry and in 1969 moved to Minburn. Survivors include two daughters and two sons, including James Dale (Kathy) Bever of Boone. Services in Perry and Minburn.
