BOONE CONNECTED DEATH

     David Fisher, 85, West Des Moines. Formerly of Boone. Born in Boone. His parents were Harold (Bud) and Alice Fisher. BHS-55. All-Conference football center for the Toreadors. Grinnell College 1959. University of Iowa Law school 1962. Married Dorie Onthank in 1962 and went to work for the Onthank Company in 1963. Became President of Onthank in 1977 until 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Alice (Bebe) Fisher, BHS-49, and recently, his brother, Bob Fisher, BHS-46, of Boone. Wife Dorie, a son and two daughters survive.
