Vernon R. Millard, 69, Boone. Formerly of Jefferson/Glenrock, WY. Was a hunter and fisherman and his last job was as groundskeeper at Linwood Park Cemetery, 1998-retirement in 2016. Boone survivors include his wife, Pamela (Pam), two sons, Jason and Mark Millard, and a sister Barb Richardson.
