BOONE CONNECTED DEATH

      Elsie Deloris Rogers Backous, 87, Boone. Born in Boone. Married Robert L. Backous in 1954 and the couple made their home on West Mamie Eisenhower for many years. She worked as a CNA at the Eastern Star Home, Boone County Hospital and later worked at Casey's in West Boone. Loved going to Vegas, camping, fishing, bingo and garage sales. After Bob died in 2017, she moved into the Avon Apartments. Survivors include two sons, Robert Jr. (Jeannie) and Harold (Lori) Backous both of Boone and three daughters including Janie (Bill) Davidson and Sharon (Rick) Braland of Ogden. Services in Boone.
