Dr. Charles Donald Fredericks, 96, Bonita Springs, FL. Born in Ogden. Good athlete at OHS. In 2015, he started the Dr. Charles D. Fredericks scholarship, which has helped 17 students attend college and is a gift that will continue for years to come. Air Force vet. University of Minnesota and University of Iowa where he earned degrees of Doctor of Dental Surgery and a Masters of Orthodontics in 1954. Practiced orthodontics for almost 40 years in Des Moines, Osceola and Ankeny from 1955-92. Retired and moved to Bonita Springs in 1992. Adult children survive. Services in Bonita Springs.
