     BOONE CONNECTED DEATHS: John Brubaker, 54, Boone. Married Tammy in 1997. Survivors include his father, his wife and other relatives.........Steven  Becthold, 62, Boone. Formerly of Nashua. He was born in Waverly and the family lived in Plainfield, Ionia, Nevada and Grundy Center. South Hamilton HS-77. Attended Lincoln Tech and was a mechanic. Survivors include his father, a son, a sister and three brothers........Sandra (Sandi) Jean Christianson Johnson, 76, Boone. UCHS-63. Worked at ISU for four years and then at DMACC in Boone as the Dean's Secretary and in the Student Services Department. Earned a DMACC degree in 2006. Married Harold Johnson. Survivors include her husband, a son, a daughter, Angi Ellsworth, of Boone, a brother, Darrell Christianson of rural Boone, a sister and foster children and nephews including, Roger Hilton of Boone.........Mary LaVonne Patterson, 96, Ogden/Boone. Was married to Dean Patterson for 51 years prior to his death. Survivors include two sisters, a son and two daughters.........Bonnie Schleif, 88, Boxholm. Born in rural Boone County. Boxholm HS-51. Lived in Des Moines and Denver before marrying William Schleif. They lived in New York City and were divorced. She moved back to Boxholm and worked as a medical transcriptionist at the Boone County Hospital for 25 years prior to retirement in 1966. Survivors include a son, William III of Boxholm, a daughter, Laura Grieser of Boone, four siblings including David Peterson of Boxholm and a sister-in-law..........Irene Frances (Sondey) Stahr, 90, Ames. Formerly of Ogden. Was married to Henry Michael Stahr for 62 years until his death in 2015. She worked at ISU and moved to Ogden in 1970. Worked at the Lion's Den antique store and Ogden Manor. Three sons and a daughter survive.
