Survivors include four daughters, Terry Steinbach of Ogden, and Kim Lonergan, Shawna Frohling and Stacie Bennett of Boone. Two sisters survive including Karlyne Von Krog of Boone...........Art
Allen, 89, Boone. Navy vet. Married Phyliss Miller in 1955. Worked at Bendix in California until 1975. In 1978, the couple moved to Boone. Survivors include three sons, three daughters including Patty Hasstedt and Mary Ingram of Boone, a sister, Etta Mae Daniels, of Pilot Mound and two sisters-in-law including Mary Mayfield of Boone........Shirley Kline, 86, Denver. Formerly of Ogden and Boone. Born in Boone. BHS-52. Married Jack Kline in 1953. He passed away in 2007. Shirley worked for the Boone Police Department for over 20 years. Boone survivor is a grandson, Michael Kline, of Boone. Other survivors include two sons, a daughter, a brother and sister-in-law.........Jean Bell, 68, Boone. Married Archie Bell Jr. in 1972. Homemaker and helped in the family business, AB Salvage. Boone area survivors include her husband, Archie Jr., sons Archie III and Adam and daughter, Ashley Bell, all of Boone. Two other daughters and four siblings survive.........Kathleen Alevantis, 70, Boone. BSH-67. Earned degrees from the College of St. Mary's in Omaha and ISU.
Was a teacher at Maquoketa and Nevada. Survivors include a son, Dimitri, and two siblings, Joe Gibbs and Francine Gibbs, both of Boone..........Hugh Phillips, 87, MN. Boone area survivor is a son, Kurt Phillips, of Boone........Mary Chase, 97, Chariton and Boone...........Charles Clark, 86, Ogden.
