Survivors include two daughters, his father, Brad, and brother, Blake, of Boone and his former wife and friend, Lori Schmidt...........Sandra J. Runner, 67, Minnetonka, MN., Formerly of Des Moines. Survivors include two brothers and a sister, Patsy Kollbaum, of Boone.
