Boone area survivors include his wife, Jo, of Ogden, and sons, Steve and David Van Pelt, both of Ogden..........Maxine Silvey, 83, Boone. Formerly of Stratford............Harriett Thede, 94, Boone. Worked several years for the Iowa Department of Transportation as a financial secretary. Was a well known gospel singer and music songwriter. Boone area survivors include her sons, William of Boone and Jerry of Ogden..........Ron McNeil, 87, Boone. BHS-46. Worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 40 years. Raised Black Lab Retrievers. Boone area survivor is his wife, Marjorie, of Boone.........Roger Hartung, 86, Des Moines. Active at the Des Moines Y Camp near Boone. Started attending the Y camp as a child and later, took his family to the camp. Served on the Des Moines Y camp board for many years.
