Morris (Mo) Kelley: Born Eldora, Ia./3/18/35; Lived in Eldora, Aplington, LaMoille, Marshalltown, Washington Ia. and a Boone resident for over 75 years; Radio announcer/station manager, 17 years; newspaper reporter/managing editor, 27 years; Publications Director, Iowa State High School Athletic Association, 30 years. Little League/Babe Ruth baseball coach, 25 years. Managed Ruth All-Star team to eight-team National Ruth World Series in New Jersey, 1962. Served eight years as Master of Ceremonies for National High School Hall of Fame inductions.Boone High School graduate, 1953; Boone Junior College graduate,1955; U.S. Army vet; married (Jo); 4 children; 5 grandchildren.
